1. Service Description

CodingFleet provides AI-powered programming tools with different subscription plans: Free, Pro, Unlimited and Elite. Each plan has specific features and limitations, as detailed on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) use the services to create, distribute, or execute malicious code; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits or security; (c) reverse-engineer or misuse APIs; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or others’ confidential data without authorization. If code that could be harmful is generated, use it only for lawful/educational purposes within your rights.

4. Content & IP

• Your Content. You retain ownership of inputs you provide and outputs you generate, subject to third-party model terms and any open-source licenses applicable to code you include.
• Our IP. CodingFleet, the site, software, models, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the services.
• Feedback. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use feedback to improve the services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Plan details, billing cycles, and limits are available on the pricing page and the FAQ section.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid term unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.
• If your account is on Free plan and you purchase credits, your account will be upgraded to the Pro plan for 30 days. Otherwise, credits will be added to your account normally.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Unlimited/Elite plans as described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service, which can be reviewed here.

6. Third-Party Models & Services

Some features rely on third-party providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Together AI, Google, DeepSeek, Modal, Tavily and Mistral. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. AI Outputs: No Professional Advice

AI can be wrong or incomplete. Outputs are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Review and test code before use, especially in production or security-sensitive contexts.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, fraud/abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODINGFLEET AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (C) SECURITY BREACHES CAUSED BY YOUR ACTIONS OR THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CODINGFLEET FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES WE LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify CodingFleet against claims arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.
